• ABYB program requires knowledge on core banking and gromming communication skills
• Classes will be for 9 months & intership will be at any axis bank branch across India
• Young bankers will be given a stipend of Rs 5000/- and Rs 12000 during the internship
• After completion of the program , Axis bank employee will be given a gross salary of Rs 3.71 lakhs per annum
