What Does a Business Development Associate Do?
Let’s keep this simple and real.
In this role, you will:
Speak with US customers who have already shown interest in Simplilearn courses
Understand their career goals and learning needs
Explain relevant certification programs clearly
Help them enroll by answering doubts and guiding them
This is inside sales, not field sales.
You are not randomly calling people — you are talking to interested learners.
Good communication and clarity matter more than past experience.
Who Can Apply?
This role is suitable if you are:
✔ A Fresher or have 6 months – 1 year of inside sales experience
✔ A graduate (any degree)
✔ Comfortable speaking in English
✔ Willing to work night shifts
✔ Currently based in Bangalore
❌ Final year students / pursuing students are not eligible
📌 Important:
Interviews are face-to-face only.
No virtual interviews as per company policy.
Salary & Incentives (Transparent Details)
Take-home fixed salary:
Freshers: ₹25,410 per month
6 months – 1 year experience: ₹29,900 per month
Additional Benefits:
Performance-based incentives
Fixed + Variable pay structure
Night shift allowance after completing 5 months
💡 With incentives, total earnings can go up to ₹4.25 LPA.
