Skills/Requirements
Experience & Qualification:
- Developing a deep data of SumTotal’s vary of enterprise product
- Solve basic common user issues in real time, as well as software package practicality issues and questions; information communication/networking troubleshooting; installation issues and questions; and OS and browser connected problems
- Communicating with company customers via phonephone, email, or different media as applicable relating to technically complicated issues known in SumTotal’s software package product, and maintaining effective client relations
- Escalate prime priority, production-critical problems to the suitable technical workers
- Maintain possession of problems till resolution, drive different groups as required, set client expectations consequently.
- Resolve incidents in an exceedingly timely manner as per SLA’s.
- Provide steerage, assistance, and mentoring support to junior team members
