Job Profile :

Responsible in  giving out the  service assurance to WebStore Users of Reliance.
Resolve application issues  of the  Lotus  Notes ,  LAN , Printer , Scanner &  troubleshooting , Network monitoring.
Installing &  configuring  of business applications 
Loging the  incidents to a different third   party  suppliers &  constantly folow  up for the  updates &  fast  resolutions in  minimizing  the overall downtime.
Takecare of  various  escalations, the timely call  resolution  within Given SLA.
