Job Profile :



  • Have to receive calls from our customers from US.
  • Resolving troubleshooting issues  on  call
  • Arranging  services  as per the customer request .
  • Provide service information to the client or customer.
  • Followup the customer tickets / issues .
  • Documenting the issues 
  • Try to improve the  process.

Note : Carr valid ID proof , while getting into interview location.
