• Basics in  principles  of the  security rules &  implementation

• Basics  knowledge in  security  best  practices

• Knowledge in  networking , TCP/IP

• Additinal  requirements: 

• Knowledge in the  rule configuration on  atleast 1 of  firewall  

• Checkpoint  –  knowledge On the  GUI

• Netscreen & Cisco  –  knowledge on  CLI  rule  configuration

• Good if you have skills on - JNCIA &  CCNA.
